As population growth, affordability pressures, changing demographics and evolving consumer expectations redefine the market, the industry is being challenged to rethink not only what is built, but how homes are designed, manufactured, financed and delivered.

Sally Franklin, Chief Operating Officer, Real Estate, is responsible for the Real Estate Operations at Investa. Sally’s teams include the full suite of Property Management & Customer Experience, Leasing, Procurement, Building Technology, ESG and Safety functions across both the Investa Office and Living platforms. 

Sally has over 26 years of extensive experience in the commercial property industry, with a strong track record across strategy, funds management, valuations, and tenant representation. 

Her diverse background and comprehensive industry knowledge enable her to bring a highly strategic and commercially focused perspective to all aspects of property investment and management.

Kimberley Jackson, is Executive Director, Australia, at Lendlease, where she leads the company's origination strategy, identifying and securing major development opportunities that will shape Australia's most significant urban precincts.  She is currently leading the Hunter Street West Metro over-station development in Sydney, a landmark mixed-use project that will create a new destination for work, retail, hospitality and public life.

Prior to rejoining Lendlease, Kimberley led the $3 billion Central Place Sydney project, a joint venture between Dexus and Frasers, following her role as Managing Director NSW/ACT at Create Advisory.  Throughout her career, she has delivered some of Australia's most complex city-shaping mixed-use developments, including Sydney Place at Circular Quay.

Kimberely's international experience includes leading the global development team behind Parc 1 Seoul, one of South Korea's largest mixed-use developments.  She began her career with Lendlease in 1994 on the iconic Aurora Place project and has built more than three decades of experience spanning project delivery, origination and development leadership.

Dale Connor joined Built as the Chief Executive Officer of Built Living in April 2026.

Dale is an experienced executive leader with deep capability across construction, project delivery, development and investments, and a track record leading large, complex programs across Australia, China and the United States.

Prior to joining Built Living, Dale held senior leadership roles at Lendlease including Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Construction and Chief Executive Officer, Lendlease Australia.  He is recognised for building high-performing teams and a culture focused on safety, respect and customer outcomes.
