For the first time, the Australia–Israel Innovation Summit comes to Brisbane, bringing leading Australian and Israeli experts together with Queensland business and government leaders to examine the innovation, technologies and partnerships shaping the state’s future.
Under the theme Building Australia’s National Resilience,
the Brisbane Summit will focus on the challenges and opportunities most
relevant to Queensland: protecting organisations and critical infrastructure,
securing the investment being delivered for Brisbane 2032 and using health
innovation to improve access to care across metropolitan, regional and remote
communities.
The program will open with The Honourable Steven Minnikin MP, Queensland Minister for Customer Services and Open Data and Minister for Small and Family Business.
International keynote speaker Yigal Unna, former Director General of the Israel National Cyber Directorate, will share global lessons on protecting organisations and critical infrastructure, strengthening public-private collaboration and responding to increasingly sophisticated cyber and AI-enabled threats.
Summit sessions
From cyber resilience and infrastructure governance to telehealth, AI, robotic surgery and remotely enabled care, the Summit will explore how Queensland can harness technology, investment and international collaboration to build stronger essential services and a lasting legacy from Brisbane 2032.
