Lisa Marigliano is Executive
Director of Portfolio Development for Homes NSW, Lisa is responsible for
leading large-scale mixed-tenure housing development and renewal
programs across NSW, with projects ranging in scale, diversity, and
complexity, in partnership with all levels of Government and the private and
community housing sectors.
Lisa has over two decades’ experience in the housing
sector, in both Government and the private sector, having held senior roles at
NSW Land and Housing Corporation (now Homes NSW), Housing Australia, and
Landcom.
Jo Scotney, General Manager, Property & Health, Institutional ANZ, has over 25 years experience in structured finance across multiple jurisdictions. In her current role as General Manager, Property & Heath, Jo leads an experienced team of bankers supporting Property & Health Institutional customers across Australia. In this role she has significant connectivity with major customers across all segments of property & construction and the growing business of health including retirement living, aged care, SDA and hospitals.
She started her career at Mallesons in Perth before working in London with Allen & Overy and New York with Brown & Wood. Her experience structuring and arranging infrastructure & project finance transactions lead to an in-house role in Bechtel Enterprises in London supporting their investment in major infrastructure projects.
Returning to Australia via a short stint in Tokyo, Jo joined ANZ and spent 14 years in the Institutional division in Corporate Finance and Client Coverage, including origination roles and portfolio and strategy roles. Jo returned to ANZ in January 2023 to her current role following 3 years leading a corporate & property team in Sydney.
Pretar Harris, Chief Investment Officer, Housing Australia, brings over 20 years of real estate investment and development experience across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, with a strong track record in private credit, portfolio and asset management, and large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
Her previous leadership roles at Brookfield Asset Management, Goldman Sachs, Lendlease, and Aldar Properties have equipped her with deep expertise in structuring complex transactions, managing diverse property portfolios, and delivering impactful housing projects across global markets. Pretar's leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving our mission to expand access to social and affordable housing through innovative funding and delivery models.
Simone Dyer is an experienced professional in the
mixed-use development sector, currently serving as the Head of Mixed Use
Origination at Stockland since January 2023, where responsibilities include
overseeing origination activities. Prior to this role, extensive experience was
gained at Frasers Property Australia from January 2012 to January 2023, where
titles included Development Director for key projects such as the Telopea Urban
Renewal Project and Shell Cove. Additional contributions were made as a NSW
Planning Committee Member for the Property Council of Australia and as a Board
Director for Livable Housing Australia. Earlier in the career, roles at Lend
Lease encompassed various design management positions, leading to a strong
foundation in architectural and urban design starting from the early 2000s with
firms like Richard Huxley & Associates and Cox Richardson Architects &
Planners. Academic achievements include a Graduate Certificate in Applied
Finance from UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Architecture from UNSW.
