In this boardroom roundtable, international expert Professor Pessach will explore how large, complex health systems can embed and scale innovation while maintaining operational excellence. Drawing on his leadership at Sheba Medical Centre, he will share how innovation—across digital health, care models, and organisational design—can strengthen system performance, with crisis moments acting as accelerators.
This roundtable will address:
• How to build a culture that enables innovation in large, risk-sensitive organisations
• Scaling digital health, AI, and new models of care across an entire system
• Aligning leadership, governance, and strategy to support continuous transformation
• Using periods of disruption as opportunities to fast-track innovation
• What leaders can do to enable—not hinder—innovation at scale.
